Aerobic / Body Conditioning Class

Giving you an all over workout. Aerobics is a fun way to improve cardiovascular fitness levels, while Body Conditioning helps tone, strengthen and sculpt muscles.

  • Mondays and Wednesdays (7.15pm - 8.15pm)
  • Members: £3.50. Non-members: £5.00.

Chi Running Club

Enjoy effortless, energy-efficient running and reduce your risk of injury. The beginners club covers studio-based technique work, drills and exercises covering Chi Running form focuses followed by up to 5k run. The intermediate club covers studio-based technique work followed by up to 10k run - runs will include aerobic, tempo (lactate threshold), hill work and intervals.

  • Beginners: Mondays from 7pm - 8.30pm
  • Intermediate: Sundays from 9.30am - 11am

Physiotherapy sessions

At Tom Astley Physiotherapy our aim is to deliver professional and effective specialised physiotherapy to all levels of athletes and under pin all treatment with evidenced based practice and research. In 2014, we provided physiotherapy to elite athletes at The Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games within the busy and dynamic polyclinic within the Athletes' Villages. Our specialties include Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy; Sports Specific, Rehabilitation; Orthopaedic Post Operative Rehabilitation; Gait Analysis, Deviations and Gait Rehabilitation.

Circuit Training (run by the Premier Fitness Club team)

A class consisting of several exercise stations designed to work your whole body using resistance training and high intensity aerobic exercises. This class will target your strength building and muscular endurance with minimal rest between exercises. A must-do class for those looking to increase fitness and endurance. Adaptations of exercise are available so this class is suitable for all.
